Shipping Policy
ZENTS offers flat fees for shipping and handling, regardless of the weight or size of your order. We ship via UPS. Standard ground shipping: $8 – Please allow for processing time. US orders only. 2nd Day Air: $15 – Please allow for processing time. US orders only. Overnight delivery: $35 – Please allow for processing time. US orders only. Canada: $20 – May be subject to additional customs duties or taxes that are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping: $50 – May be subject to additional customs duties or taxes that are the responsibility of the customer.

Tax Policy
We are required by law to collect sales tax for orders shipped to the state of Colorado.

Payment Policy

Return Policy
ZENTS accepts returns for unopened, unused, or lightly tested items within 15 days of receiving the item. We cannot refund shipping unless an error was made by our processing team.
