Most US orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Internationally carriers may vary but all shipments are sent via DDP. Our processing time before an order ships out is 3-5 days, excluding weekends. For canvas orders within the US, you can expect your time within 7-10 business days of purchase. For print orders within the US, you can expect your order within 7 business days. You will receive your tracking number via the email associated with your purchase once your product ships out. For any additional questions surrounding tracking please email support@ikonick.com.

For orders within the United States, for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you will have 30-days from the delivery date to start a return process. A 20% restocking fee will occur on all returned items. All items must be returned in unused/sellable condition in order to be issued a refund. Please send the return back using your own label. To begin your refund process, please contact support@ikonick.com with your name, order number and reason for return. All international orders outside of the United States are final sale. No refunds, returns or exchanges. In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit be sent to our IKONICK Care Team, and we'll produce and send a replacement at no charge.
