Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Shipping Policy
T-H Marine is not responsible for carrier or weather delays on any expedited orders and will not issue any expedited shipping refunds for carrier or weather delays. ALL anchors over 75 LBS require truck freight. An additional surcharge of $100 applies to freight orders going to residential addresses which will be invoiced separately. To avoid the surcharge, please ship to a place of business or your local marina. Typical ground service delivery time is 5 to 8 business days Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territory Orders: Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands are eligible for FedEx and/or UPS delivery only and is calculated at the time of checkout.
Tax Policy
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The customer is responsible for all custom duties and taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) on item(s) purchased upon receipt of the package.

Return Policy
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
