Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping: Front-door parcel delivery (e.g., USPS, FedEx, etc.) to your shipping address. KOHLER products are primarily delivered via Parcel Shipping. In general, shipping methods, available delivery speeds, and shipping rates depend on the mix of products and quantities on your order and the shipping method and speed in which you need your order delivered. If your order is received before noon Central time, in-stock products usually ship within two business days.

Tax Policy
Sales tax for the products and services, as applicable, will be shown on the checkout page. Taxes applicable to products are based on the billing address. Taxes applicable to services are based on the service location.

Return Policy
Time since Kohler shipped date cannot exceed 45 days. Products must be in new and saleable condition. Products must be approved for return by Kohler prior to sending. Any items returned without authorization will be subject to disposal and are ineligible for credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
