Shipping Policy
We currently ship supplements (The Goods) only to addresses within the 50 states of the U.S. and to all military FPO/APO addresses only. For all products (supplements and clothing), we offer standard shipping. For all orders under $85, the shipping charge is a flat $8.95. All orders over $85 come with free shipping. Shipping charges for AK, HI, and PR are a flat rate of $15.95 and no free shipping. We do not offer overnight shipping.

Tax Policy
You agree to pay all charges incurred through your Account and/or any credit card or other payment mechanism issued to you, including without limitation any applicable taxes and shipping, handling and processing charges, if any, relating to such purchases and transactions. We will charge your credit card when your item is purchased. Credit card orders shipped to a location other than your billing address may require additional verification. All monetary transactions on the Site take place in U.S. dollars.

Return Policy
Returns, exchanges, and refunds will be accepted within 90 days of receiving the item that is purchased on our website. A return request form must be completed for all returns and/or exchanges including the Animalpak.com order ID for proof of purchase.
