Shipping Policy
Orders that have been successfully paid will be processed within one business day. However, during peak seasons, the processing time may take up to 2 or more days. Orders from the US will be shipped by UPS, FedEx and USPS. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. For orders from areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands or the central mountainous regions, delivery time will be slightly longer.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
If you’d like to return a ZERO BREEZE product for a full refund, you need to return the machine within 30 days from the delivery date. If your machine arrives damaged or you have received the wrong product, please refer to our Warranty Policy for repair or exchange.
