Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Shipping Policy
IN COMMON currently ships to all 50 states, Puerto Rico + Canada. You may experience longer shipping times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes. Shipping rates + fees differ on international shipments to Canada. FREE Standard Shipping (5-9 business days): on orders over $65. $25 Flat rate shipping (typically 3-5 business days)* + handling.

Return Policy
We’re sorry to hear you didn’t love your IN COMMON products! We offer a 60-day return policy. Please email hello@incommonbeauty.com with your order number + the products you would like to exchange or return. Please note your shipping charges cannot be refunded. If you wish to return from Canada you are responsible for shipping the product back to our office located in Miami, Florida, USA.
