Shipping Policy
Orders placed on our website will be shipped for free using standard FedEx shipping and delivered to intended location within 3- 5 business days, depending upon the distance from our warehouse to the destination. If you choose UPS for delivery, UPS will charge an additional $20 shipping fee for ordinary products, and an additional $50-100 charge for spring mattress king size. And it will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Remote region orders will be charged an extra delivery fee by FedEx or UPS, depending upon the distance to the destination. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands or to Military APO/FPO addresses are not in our delivery zone at the moment,but we will have more steps to support these areas soon.
