Dream Controller ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 5-7 business days to allow for processing time. You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder, and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you have not received the order confirmation email, you also will not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information. Dream Controller does ship internationally with a few exceptions.

Our return policy allows returns within 30 days from delivery. Non-hydro-dipped products will be fully refunded if returned in their original packaging and complete. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for incomplete returns or those with missing or damaged packaging. Customized hydro-dipped products and returns that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or any other customer-caused damage will incur a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued within 72 hours upon receiving the return. Please contact us to initiate a return, and a prepaid return label will be provided for all returns within the US. For returns outside the US, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
