Launched in 2014 and spearheaded by a group of independent, professional women, IFCHIC is known for its eclectic mix of high-end labels and today’s most successful emerging designers. Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Member rewards are earned on eligible purchases made through our Program in accordance with our Terms of Service. Additional merchant terms of service may apply.
Shipping Policy
Free shipping & Free Return On orders over $50. Shipping charges are calculated based on the subtotal after promo codes have been applied and before sales tax. Shipping time may vary due to availability of merchandise and weather conditions. To track your order shipments via UPS / USPS / DHL / EMS / SF-EXPRESS, please refer either to your shipping confirmation email, order history under My Account or directly on the UPS / USPS / DHL / EMS / SF-EXPRESS website via tracking number.
Tax Policy
For international orders, the customer may be subject to additional charges, known as “import taxes”, levied by the destination country. These additional charges may include, but are not limited to, Custom duty fees, sales tax, and any other handling costs determined by the respective Customs offices. The recipient is accountable for any additional charges requested by Customs.

Return Policy
If you are not completely happy with your purchase(s), we will gladly refund your purchases or make an exchange. To return or exchange, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return number. Requests received after 14 days will not be accepted.
