Shipping Policy
Shipping is FREE on orders over $99 of stocked merchandise going to one location within the 48 contiguous United States. The $99 minimum is after any discounts are applied and it does not include tax or shipping. If your order is under $99, we’ll add 15% of your merchandise total for shipping, with a minimum charge of $8.50.Items that have a truck Drop Ship Truck symbol in the description do not qualify for free shipping. Instead we’ll add 15% to the merchandise total of these items for shipping, regardless of your order total.

Tax Policy
If you’re a tax-exempt customer, please provide a copy of your tax exemption certificate with your first order. You may submit your tax exempt certificate up to 60 days after placing an order. Pending approval, credits will be issued to the credit card provided within 2 weeks. If you have already submitted your certificate and tax is calculating in your current order, please call 1-800-627-2829. If you have created a new online account, your tax exemption status will not be calculated. Please login using your account that has been approved for tax exemption. If you live in one of the following states, sales tax will be calculated based upon your shipping zip code and added to your order during the ordering process. Return Policy
Your order may come from more than one of our warehouses, so not all of your packages may arrive on the same day. Before signing for delivery, inspect your packages for damage. Be sure to note any damage and the number of packages received and have the driver sign too. If something doesn’t meet your satisfaction, please call us for a return authorization (RA) number within 10 days. We’ll be happy to give you a refund or a credit on your next order. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.
