Free 2-Day Shipping offer is applicable only on select Headphone orders. Offer is valid on JBL.com (US only - 48 contiguous states, excludes AK/HI/PR). No coupon required. “Free 2-Day Shipping” shipping method must be selected at checkout. No adjustments on previous purchases. Shipments are subject to UPS on time performance and availability. Extra processing time may apply. Orders over 150 lbs, refurbished headphones and personalized headphones do not qualify for 2-Day shipping.

Return Policy
You may return any item you purchased on JBL.com, within 30 calendar days of your package being delivered, subject to the terms & exceptions below. We will gladly exchange your product for the same model (subject to availability) or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise including taxes. We will provide a free pre-paid label to return your order. Gift wrap and shipping charges are not refundable. Personalized product exclusion: Once personalized orders have been processed, they cannot be cancelled or returned.
