JR Cigar does not ship to addresses in Utah, Hawaii or Wyoming. In compliance with relevant state laws, codes and/or regulations, we do not ship any flavored tobacco products to addresses in Massachusetts or Washington, DC. We do not ship non-premium cigars including flavored or little cigars to addresses in Maryland. Little cigars and filtered cigars can only be shipped by USPS. Weather delays, mechanical delays, fraud verification, age verification, and other issues are beyond our control and could potentially delay orders. Check the UPS and USPS websites for more information. Large orders may incur additional shipping fees. Shipping charges are subject to change based on quantity and weights. Delivery times are taken from the USPS and UPS websites and our experience. Neither service time is guaranteed. Add 1 or 2 business days for Alaska and remote rural locations.
