Shipping Policy
Please allow 1-2 business days for our warehouse to process your order before it is shipped. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. At certain times, processing may take longer due to increased order volume. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Not all shipping methods are available for all products and/or locations. Please allow additional transit time for orders shipped to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. Shipments are sent via FedEx services and are delivered by FedEx or Parcel Post depending on the shipment contents and destination. Shipping service and rates are subject to change without notice. Please Note: Some items will arrive in packaging that reveals what's inside.
Tax Policy
When placing your order you will initially be given an order total based on an estimated sales tax. Once your order is processed and an invoice is generated the actual sales tax will be calculated according to the laws of the state to which the order is shipped. Items sold by this website and shipped to all US destinations are subject to tax unless a product exemption applies.

Return Policy
Unused items in their packaging purchased from Coleman.com may be returned in their original condition within 60 days of your order date for a full merchandise refund, not including shipping charges. Purchases returned within this time frame will be refunded in the original form of payment. If we do not receive your items within the 60 days of purchase your refund will not be processed. Items marked final sale cannot be returned.
