Product boxes must be in their original, factory-sealed condition. Non-prescription sunglasses and accessories must be in their original condition. This does not apply to loss or theft. The refund will be issued in the same form as the original purchase. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, scratches, or breakage. Additional lens enhancements, frame upgrades and accessories are extra. We accept all unopened, unexpired boxes of contact lenses accompanied by the original sales receipt within 90 days. Product boxes must be in their original, factory-sealed condition for a full refund.
