Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped via the most efficient carrier and type of service selected. We currenlty use FedEx® and USPS® as our shipping providers. Shipping and handling times are approximate and not guaranteed. Rates are subject to change. P.O. Box addresses are accepted. Due to the speed in which we process and fulfill orders, we are unable to alter your order once it has been confirmed. Please allow in-stock orders 7–14 days (depending on your zone) for standard flat rate and free shipping delivery and 3–5 business days for express delivery.

Return Policy
We guarantee our products unconditionally. All requests for returns should be directed to Carson Dellosa Education's Customer Service within 30 days of receipt. In order to receive a refund, all returns must be authorized by Customer Service in advance and must be received within 90 days of the purchase date. Refunds will not include shipping and handling fees. You should expect to receive your refund within 4–8 weeks of the return shipment’s postdate. If your return request includes a credit to your credit card, please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
