Shipping Policy
We ship to the continental US as well as Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional shipping time for these locations. All shipping based on business days which is Monday-Friday and excludes Holidays. UPS packages maybe transferred to USPS for final delivery unless an expedited shipping method is chosen. To receive free shipping you must be logged into your www.columbia.com account and be a registered member of the Greater Rewards Program.

Tax Policy
The sales tax amount is based on the state, local, and municipality tax rate for the shipping destination on your order, and is applied to all orders.

Payment Policy

Return Policy
You may return the unused item in its original packaging within 60 days unless noted. A refund of the merchandise and taxes will be given however shipping and handling for the delivery and pick up will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. ie. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account. Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise. Typically it can take about 7-10 business days for the entire return process to be complete.
