Shipping Policy
AjMadison will ship your order complete when all the items on your order are available. All "In Stock" items will ship within 2-3 business days. If one or more items that are on your order are not an "In Stock" item please contact our customer service department at 800-570-3355 if you would like us to split ship your order for an additional fee. Please note, all deliveries will be confirmed prior to delivery by the trucking company. The company will contact you the day before with an approximate delivery window, and if they are not able to contact you, delivery will be postponed. All freight deliveries require a signature confirmation (with the exception of products shipped via UPS/FEDEX). For your protection, we do not allow unattended deliveries.

Tax Policy
AJ Madison is required to collect sales tax for all deliveries in the following states: Alabama, Arizona Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. Return Policy
To avoid having to return items, please read all item specifications before purchase, and call us with any questions prior to placing your order. Returns new in box only accepted within 15 days of delivery. Damaged items should not be accepted upon delivery. After signing for and accepting your item, you are responsible for all damage claims. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item if your product is damaged or does not work. Call the manufacturer if product is defective after the first use. In the event of a return, you must contact customer service to receive a return authorization (RA) number. We will not accept any returns without a RA. All returns are subject to a 35% (percent) restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable for returned items. Returned products will not be accepted unless they are in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition as received. Items which have been moved from their original delivery location cannot be returned. You must return the item using the same shipping methods as it was originally shipped. We do not accept returns on air conditioners. We do not accept returns return on special ordered items and commercial laundry equipment. We are not responsible for any missing, incorrect or damaged products reported more than 15 days after delivery. AJ Madison does not accept returns for any item that has been installed, used or plugged in. All items must be like-new, in original packaging.
