Free Shipping on orders over $125

Shipping Policy
Shipping to the 48 continental US states is a standard flat rate of $5.99. Receive free standard shipping to the continental United States when you spend $125 or more (excl. sales tax). When purchasing a gift card, the value of the gift card does not apply toward the minimum free shipping requirement. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico is a flat rate of $30 on all orders. When purchasing a gift card, the amount of the gift card does not apply toward the free shipping minimum.

Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Meta Pay and Venmo.

Return Policy
Consumers may return their unused products within 60 days after receiving. We kindly accept returns for product that is unused and in original packaging. Due to the nature of the item, cookbooks cannot be returned and are final sale. The shipping cost of returning unwanted purchases to GreenPan is the responsibility of the consumer. The shipping cost at time of purchase will not be refunded. To return an item, please contact us at customercare.us@greenpan.com for further instructions.
