Shipping Policy
Your new tires will be shipped with an independent carrier like FedEx or UPS. We’ll give each tire - or pair of tires - an individual tracking number and label for easier tracking and to make sure your tires get to you quickly! We do our absolute best to get your tires to you as soon as possible! There are a few steps in the process. First, the order processes through our system. That takes about 30 minutes, during which your order is sent over to one of our hundreds of warehouses nationwide. Next, the order is picked and prepared for shipment by the warehouse. This takes up to 24 hours, and does not happen on weekends. Finally, the order is picked up by our shipping carrier, transported and delivered right to you. This can take a few days depending on how far you are from the warehouse. This is the shipping time shown on the tire ordering page. Please note that it is always possible to experience delays during transit!.

Return Policy
Unused tires that have not been installed, mounted, or driven on are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Your refund will be issued once we receive the tires back to our warehouse. Return shipping is free if you place an order for replacement tires. Otherwise, the returned tires will be refunded minus a standard $20 restocking fee per tire. Any fees to ship the tires out to you are non-refundable.
