BraceAbility strives to find the best rates and fastest, most reliable carriers for your order. Based on the shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for the size and weight of your order. The carriers that may be used include the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, the tracking number can help you determine which shipping partner will deliver your brace.

Return Policy
The cost of your label will be deducted from your refund (or you can use your label, if you prefer). Returns and exchanges must be received within 45 days of your original order date.
