Shipping Policy
Currently, we only ship and sell products to the United States. All orders require at least 24 business-day-hours for processing before being shipped, Monday-Friday. All orders containing a TASER device will require an Adult (over the age of 21) signature upon delivery. Please note once your order has been placed, we are not able to edit your shipping address or contents within order. Cancellation may be dependent on order status, and requires written request submission via email to team@taser.com. We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes, due to the nature of our products and requirement of adult signature upon delivery. If you place an order with a shipping address that reflects a P.O. Box, TASER Self-Defense will reach out to you to request a valid address so we can continue to ship your order. For shipping to Alaska and Puerto Rico, please note there is a minimum order amount of $900.

Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and Apple Pay.

Return Policy
Civilian model products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, and any applicable restocking fees. TASER device kits must include all originally included contents to qualify for refund.
