Shipping Policy
Your order is processed and shipped from our Los Angeles HQ. Orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase, but may be subject to delay during sale periods and new drops. USPS standard shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days for domestic deliveries. Girls Crew offers free domestic shipping on orders over $100. UPS does not delivery to PO boxes. In the case that an order is placed via UPS and the delivery address is a PO box, the order will be shipped with the closest USPS option. No refunds or adjustments on shipping will be provided. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
Girls Crew offers FREE returns for store credit (no return shipping or handling fees) for all domestic purchases on all products with the exception of “sale” items that are final sale. Your return must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date. All return packages must use our pre-paid return shipping label. Your original shipping charges will be excluded from any store credit that is issued. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. All returns will be processed as store credit.
