Shipping Policy
LOJEL currently ships to everywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. We offer Free Standard Shipping (1-3 business days) on all orders to the 48 contiguous United States. Please note that Outlet items might take up to 5 business days for delivery. Due to the advent of covid-19 and its impact on US carriers’ waiving their promise to deliver on time, we do not currently offer express shipping. We use UPS for all of our deliveries and UPS do not deliver to PO box addresses.

Return Policy
We offer a 30-Day (from ordering date) hassle-free return policy to all lojel.com customers on all LOJEL products so you can shop with peace of mind.
