Return Policy
Initiate returns by emailing refunds@joybru.com. Non-Refundable Items: JOYBRU doesn't cover Lost, Stolen, Mis-Routed, or Undelivered shipments, or those seized by Customs. Undelivered returns may either be refunded (deducting shipping costs and a 3% processing fee) or reshipped after an additional shipping fee. Refused Packages excluded. Items returned after 30 days from purchase or without initial contact with JOYBRU are non-refundable. JOYBRU isn't responsible for customer-made duplicate orders online. Rather than refusing a package, accept it and immediately inform us for proper return processing. If you refuse a package (other than for package damage), you may get a refund (deducting original shipment costs, return shipping fees, and a 3% processing fee), if and when we receive the package back.
