Publishers generally ask that you allow: 4-6 weeks on weekly magazines, 6-8 weeks on monthly magazines, 8-10 weeks on seasonal or bi-monthly magazines, up to 12 weeks on quarterly or less-frequent magazines. However, you can anticipate faster delivery on many of our top-selling magazines. If you have not received your first order within the estimated delivery time stated above, please contact us or call Customer Service at 1-800-MAGAZINES.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your magazine purchases we are happy to send you a refund for all unmailed issues, at any time, for any reason. To turn off your auto-renewal status, please log in to my account. Once logged in, click on Recent Orders to view the Auto Renew Status for your subscription. Turning off Auto Renew will cancel your subscription for future terms and you will not be charged again. You will continue to receive the remaining issues, and/or have access to your subscription features, until the end of your current subscription period. Please note that by changing your auto-renewal status, the publisher of your magazine(s) may send you subscription renewal requests by mail or attached to your magazine.
