CafePod was born back in 2010 when three friends met over beers and pizzas in London. The trio had a wild vision for changing coffee. Today, over a decade later, they still passionately working towards our goal of making high-quality, great-tasting coffee.

CafePod offers

Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before midday (Monday - Friday) within 48 hours. Any orders placed after midday will be dispatched within 72 hours, unless there is an issue with your order. We will send an email confirmation once your order has been dispatch by our warehouse.

Tax Policy
Sales tax will depend on the shipping destination and will be calculated during checkout. For international orders, some countries will also require additional duties and taxes.

Payment Policy
We accept Apple Pay, Diners Club, Google Pay, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

Return Policy
We hope you enjoy our products. If for some reason you're not 100 percent satisfied, we offer a 30-day no-fuss return and refund policy. However, even if you're unhappy with our product after 30 days from purchase, drop us a line & we'll do all we can to help.
