Shipping Policy
Orders will typically be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Shipping cost for online orders will be based on the order subtotal. Shipping chart and free shipping apply only to online orders sent to the continental United States. Actual shipping charges will apply for replacement parts on call-in orders. Return Policy
Unused items purchased from any ALPS Brands site may be returned in their original condition within 60 days of purchase for a full merchandise refund, not including shipping charges. All returns require a Return Authorization. To request a Return Authorization, please complete the Return/Warranty Form. Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by ALPS or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs. ALPS will not be liable for returns that are lost in transit, we suggest return shipping be insured to the full value and have tracking. ALPS reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges. Items return in a used or non-resalable condition are subject to refusal or additional fees. Replacement part orders placed with our Customer Service Department cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange. All replacement part sales are final.
