Unused Experience Giftory Vouchers are eligible for a full refund to the original purchaser if returned within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Experiences requiring gift cards or tickets are non-refundable once delivered. Unused Experience Giftory Vouchers can be exchanged for any other experience available in our marketplace at any time. If the selected experience is of higher value, the difference in cost must be paid by the customer. If the selected experience is of lower value, the customer will receive a credit towards a future booking. Gift cards and tickets for experiences are non-exchangeable once delivered. No refunds allowed after the gift card is issued. This program offers a 30-day cookie duration.
