Shipping Policy
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Orders including a lithium battery will be processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are shipped from Las Vegas, NV and are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12pm PST on Friday, or anytime on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following business day. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and U.S. holidays. Shipping prices are based on shipping distance and order weight. Domestic orders can ship via USPS. We ask all domestic orders to allow 7 - 10 business days for delivery. Orders including a lithium battery may be in transit between 7 - 14 business days.

Tax Policy
Customers will not be refunded for the initial shipping costs paid when purchasing and the cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from the refund amount. Tax will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, elo, JCB and UnionPay.

Return Policy
We accept returns up to 30 days after original delivery date for all items excluding the SLNT® Faraday Jacket and Pants. Returns of the SLNT® Faraday Jacket and/or the SLNT® Faraday Pants must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
