Shipping Policy
We only process and ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please plan accordingly. We offer free shipping on orders over $99.00 (excluding AK, HI, PR, APO, FPO, DPO). Orders are shipped via either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground shipping. Once processed (1-3 business days, excluding holidays), please allow up to 5 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States from the day your order ships, depending on proximity to our facility in Kittery, Maine. Some rural addresses will take longer for delivery.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), and PayPal.

Return Policy
Good To-Go cannot accept returns on ANY FOOD ITEM unless it is damaged or defective upon receipt. If you purchased extra meals please stick them in your kitchen cabinet for that unexpected dinner party. Returns are refunded to the original form of payment or with product exchange only.
