Shipping Policy
We offer free ground shipping on orders above the minimum order threshold of $69.99. Orders below that threshold will pay $3.99 for ground shipping with an estimated delivery between 3-5 business days. Our default shipping method is FedEx Ground. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via FedEx Ground and will typically arrive within 3-5 business days. All orders are processed within 48 hours of order receipt. In most cases, orders received by 10am EST will ship the same day. Typical shipping time via FedEx ground is 3-5 business days. Orders that exceed $69.99 will be shipped free via FedEx Ground and will typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders that are below $69.99 will be charged a flat rate of $3.99 for shipping and will also be delivered via FedEx Ground. These orders will typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Return Policy
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.
