Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Shipping Policy
The estimated delivery time is from the date the order has shipped, not necessarily the date of the order. All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. Lovisa ships to any address located within USA & Canada. Lovisa's USA delivery times vary by method: Standard takes 3–6 business days, Express arrives in 2–3 business days, and Next Day reaches you in 1–2 business days. These estimates apply from the date of shipment (usually within 2 business days), though delays may occur for regional areas like Alaska or Hawaii and during peak sale periods.

Return Policy
