Shipping Policy
Benchmark Abrasives guarantees that all orders for products that are in stock will be processed and shipped within 4 business days. Most packages will ship the next day with the exception of orders placed after 12pm Fridays; orders placed after 12pm Friday will usually ship the following Monday. For same-day order processing, orders must be placed prior to 1pm PST and you will need to contact customer service to request this service (an expedited shipping charge may be added to the order). Expedited shipping does not guarantee faster shipping time frames by the selected carrier; it only ensures that the order will ship out from our distribution warehouse on the same day. Shipping is FREE on all orders with a NET value of $100+. Free shipping is not available on international orders. Free shipping will only be available to orders being delivered within the lower 48 states that meet the minimum spend requirements.
