Shipping Policy
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed Monday–Friday before 11 AM CT are processed the same day, while orders placed after 11 AM CST, on weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day. Shipping carriers do not pick up or deliver on weekends or federal holidays. JBW’s headquarters are based in Dallas, Texas, and all products are shipped from there.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

JBW accepts returns of watches in new condition (unworn with all original links) for up to 15 days from the original purchase date.
