Shipping Policy
At NavePoint, all purchases include FREE* Standard Shipping! Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other non-continental US territories may incur a shipping surcharge. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Select “Expedited Shipping” at Checkout to calculate the shipping cost. Items ordered by 2pm CST Monday - Friday will ship that same day. All other items ship within 1 business day. Based on your shipping address, NavePoint determines the most efficient carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are USPS, UPS Ground or FedEx. Deliveries are not available outside the United States and its territories.

Return Policy
Call Customer Service at 866-504-1906 or email us immediately or within 30 days of the sales date. We will ship a replacement item at no charge. For a damaged item, we may request that you send photos of the damage to us.
