Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders may take up to 72 hours to process. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. We do not offer weekend shipping. Shipping times can vary based on method chosen and delivery location. For orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, we only offer Expedited and Express shipping methods. International orders must clear import/export regulations which could add to the shipping time of an order. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses. We currently offer 3 shipping methods for Domestic orders: Ground Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Express Shipping. For International Orders, we use Global Express, which is a combination of the carriers of Fed Ex and USPS.

Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy

Return Policy
Karen Kane accepts returns for merchandise purchased from karenkane.com within 30 days of receipt. If you select a refund to your original form of payment, you will receive a refund of the original selling price. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
