Shipping Policy
Order total in cart must be $99 before tax to receive free shipping. If order total is not met, a $10 shipping rate will apply. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 4-6 weeks shipping time by the carrier. We currently do not offer shipping to PO boxes. Shipping to Puerto Rico and Guam is not currently available. Please note that we use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for the desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing an order with us.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), PayPal, and Google Pay.

Return Policy
Shop.highsierra.com guarantees total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused merchandise within 90 days of the original shipped date for a prompt refund. You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the product arrived damaged or the incorrect product was shipped. Returns on Buy one Get one Free promotions will be prorated across all qualifying items and applied to the amount of refund or credit. Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.
