Shipping Policy
Standard (USPS) - 4-9 business days, Default shipping method and requires a physical address as UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. box. International (UPS) - Varies, Requires a credit card with U.S. billing address. Delivery is guaranteed only to receiving country's customs office. You are responsible for any customs fees.(1-3 business days for order processing; shipping time varies).
Payment Policy
We accept all major credit and debit cards, but you can also choose to pay for your TurboTax fees right out of your federal tax refund. There is an additional fee for this service*.
Return Policy
Refund requests must be within 60 days of purchase Allow six weeks to receive your refund E-filing transmission fees are non-refundable.
