Shipping Policy
All orders on COUTR are processed and shipped by our international vendors located across Europe. Once an order is placed, it is considered final—we are unable to modify, cancel, or apply price adjustments. Vendors typically prepare and ship items within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
