If you choose to have a gift delivered via the standard 2-Day service or Overnight ("Next Day Air Saver"), UPS guarantees delivery before end of day (actual time of delivery varies, depending on the location to which it's being sent, though most deliveries do occur by 5pm local time). You may also choose to send your gift via UPS A.M. Service for which delivery is guaranteed by 12pm local time. The additional charge for A.M. Service is either $5.00 (if shipping via 2-Day service - businesses only) or $10.00 (if shipping via Overnight service - residential and business addresses accepted). Aside from the morning delivery service option, we are otherwise unable to request specific delivery times as it will depend on when your recipient's local UPS driver makes their rounds. Most Saturday deliveries occur before 3pm local time, though it may be a bit later depending on the location. Please note, UPS A.M. Service is not available for Saturday deliveries.

As long as you contact our office by phone to make the request before 4:50 PM Eastern on the date of shipment (i.e., before the package physically ships out), it is no problem to cancel and refund an order. Once an order has shipped, however, it cannot be cancelled/refunded.
