Shipping Policy
You can expect delivery of most items within 5-7 business days of your order. Note that certain items are delivered directly from the manufacturer. Heavy or over sized items are delivered to your home by local carriers. These deliveries will take 5 to 10 business days. You will be contacted once your order arrives in your local area to set up a delivery time. SharperImage.com also offers Upgraded 2nd Day and Next Day Delivery on some products. Shipping charges for 2nd Day and Next Day are based on the item weight and the delivery address. Shipping charges are shown during the checkout process and before you place your order. Please Note that 2nd Day & Next Day delivery are not eligible for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping cost is calculated on the total weight of the item(s) in your shopping cart and is based on the shipping method you select (Economy, Express Ground, 2-Day, Next Day).

Tax Policy
Orders shipped to Michigan and Tennessee are subject to sales tax at the current rate of 6% & 9.75% respectively. Sales Tax will be calculated at the time of order review before your order is placed. If you have placed an order and are tax exempt, please fax your tax exempt form to 248-741-5106, Attn: Customer Service. You will then receive a credit for the amount of tax charged on your order.

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If products purchased from SharperImage.com do not meet your expectations, you may return them with the packing slip within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, please refer to the original manufacturer's warranty for product and service issues. You will be refunded the method in which you paid. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Exclusions apply. Returned products must be in a new, unused condition and contain all original packaging and accessories (including all warranty cards and product manuals/instructions). Items with a gift receipt from the packing slip may be returned for an electronic gift certificate. Any product that has been misused or that shows any signs of extensive use will not be returned or exchanged. Returning a product to us that is not in resalable condition risks forfeiture of product.
